Last updated October 17, 2026. These are plain terms for what ForecastBooked does today.

What ForecastBooked does

We check the National Weather Service forecast and alerts for the ZIP codes you give us, every few hours. When a trigger is hit, such as a first freeze, we make a marketing kit for you: an email, a text, a Google post and a social post. Pro and Multi-location kits also include a graphic.

We do not send anything to your customers. You read each kit, change it if you want, and send it yourself.

Weather data

Forecasts and alerts come from NOAA and the National Weather Service. We use them as they are. Forecasts can be wrong or late, and we check every few hours, not every minute. Kits help you plan ahead. They are not emergency alerts. ForecastBooked is not affiliated with or endorsed by NOAA or the National Weather Service.

Your list and your messages

Send kits only to people who agreed to hear from you. You are responsible for the messages you send and for following the email and text rules that apply to you, such as CAN-SPAM and getting consent before you text. We do not sell or supply contact lists.

Plans, trial and billing

Plans are billed monthly: Starter $19, Pro $39, Multi-location $79 a month. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You add a card at checkout, and checkout shows the date of your first charge. After the trial, we charge the plan price each month until you cancel. There are no setup fees.

Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card statement will show FORECASTBOOKED.

Canceling

Cancel any time in the Stripe billing portal, using the billing link we give you after checkout, or email us and we will cancel for you. If you cancel during the trial, you are not charged. If you cancel after a charge, your plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for, and you are not charged again.

7-day refund

Changed your mind after a charge? Email us at hello@forecastbooked.com within 7 days of the charge, and we will refund that charge in full. No questions asked.

Refunds are done by hand. A person on our team issues the refund in Stripe to the card you paid with. It is not automatic, and the billing portal does not have a refund button. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it. If you also want to stop future charges, cancel in the billing portal or ask us to cancel when you write.

Ending service

We may close an account that uses ForecastBooked to send spam or to message people who did not agree to hear from the shop. If we ever stop offering ForecastBooked, we will cancel your plan so you are not charged again.

No guarantees

ForecastBooked is provided as is. We do not promise any number of jobs, calls or bookings. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
